Toothbrush:

Apply gel to toothbrush and brush twice daily whilst condition persists or as recommended by your Dentist.

Or

Custom Fit Tray:

Place a generous, continuous line of gel into your Upper/Lower Custom Fit Tray. To achieve full benefit from the Chlorhexidine and Fluoride, keep trays seated in the mouth for 1 hour or as recommended by your Dentist.

Please Note: Avoid contact with eyes. The use of chlorhexidine gel may cause a harmless superficial staining on teeth. This can be removed by using a suitable Teeth Whitening Gel or Teeth Whitening Kit.
