DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Make sure tray is dry. Place a thin strip (approximately 2mm thick) of whitening gel directly across the small nodes on both side of the whitening tray.
As the gel is very viscous it will generally stay on the nodes with minimal over spill.
Insert the tray and leave in for 15min.
This can be repeated up to 3 times a day until results are achieved.
For a greater uptake of the whitening gel, rub off excess saliva on your teeth with a micro fibre cloth just before inserting the mouth tray.
While the tray is inserted, you may also very gently suck the mouth tray towards your teeth, to create a vacuum between the teeth and tray.
his allows for maximum exposure of the gel across the teeth surface area.
Successful whitening depends upon the time and frequency. Results will usually occur over 10 days. There is sufficient gel in the 30 ml tube for approx. 20 applications.
